How are you doing? I mean, how are you really doing? If you’re like me, it feels like we’ve been sheltering in place for a while now and as much as I resisted at first, it now seems like I’m settling into this “new normal”. I find myself answering with “I’m fine” or “Hanging in there!” when others ask how I’m doing, even on the days when that’s far from the truth. So if you’re feeling burdened today, I’m here to remind you that it’s okay to not be okay. Reach out to someone you trust to chat, go for a walk, or just close your eyes and take some deep breaths. We’re in this together and the struggle is real, as they say. But I promise you that if you take even one of these small steps, it can help you reset and prioritize your well-being in the midst of the uncertainty that is all around us.
