Senior photos are such a great addition to a fun season of life! If you aren’t looking for the full Senior Experience then maybe grad minis are just what you are looking for. These Naperville Senior Photos were no exception.

These are offered on specific dates at various locations. These are quick, easy and most importantly, FUN! We do our best to get a variety of looks and backgrounds in our short time together. D was looking for some senior photos that would allow him to capture this season yet simple enough that it wouldn’t stress him or his parents out. His mom came along and was just the best support to him. She let him follow my guidance when it came to posing. We spent time hitting a few different spots in downtown Naperville and some are unique to Naperville while others are less location specific.

Tips for parents joining their grad/senior* for photos:

• Let your grad choose their outfit(s)
• As we are at each spot, take a step back and think about all the wonderful things about your student
• Smile and relax
• Allow me to connect with your senior and guide them in posing
• Assist me if requested
• Take BTS photos if we’ve discussed it or you are willing to post and tag me

Believe it or not, I find that the best senior galleries are the ones where parents are able to straddle the fine line between caregiving and letting them be independent.
