I hope you have been enjoying my storytimes over on Facebook Live because I’ve had a lot of fun! I’m so thankful for those of you that have been tuning in live or re-watching them when it works best for you.

If you have missed a few, you can view the whole library of storytimes on my Facebook page. These are great for when you need the kids to be occupied for a few minutes!

These storytimes were created simply as a resource for families as we adjusted to our new normal during shelter-in-place orders. My mission here at DHP is to love, encourage and strengthen families through the art of photography so when I was unable capture photos, I leaned on my teaching background to provide something for children when their lives were upended as they knew them. This is why I’m changing things come May as well so that children can take advantage of better weather (hopefully!) and utilize their imagination when completing some of the independent activities!

Starting May 4th, I will be providing families with a BINGO card of activities including some activities children can do independently and others for the whole family to join in on! Each week, a new BINGO card will be posted here on the Friday prior to the start of the new week on Monday for you to print out.
